Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on city, product size, courier availability, and clinic address serviceability. Metro consumable orders usually move faster; bulky equipment can take longer because freight and installation slots may be required.
Charges
Standard shipping is Rs. 99 for eligible consumable orders below Rs. 2,999. Eligible consumable orders of Rs. 2,999 or more qualify for free shipping.
Bulky equipment, clinic setup items, high-value orders, and installation-linked deliveries may require separate freight or installation confirmation during callback before dispatch.
Cash on delivery and card swipe
Cash on delivery is available only for standard eligible orders up to Rs. 20,000. COD may be disabled for equipment, bulky freight, clinic setup, high-value, or non-serviceable locations.
Card swipe on delivery through Pine Labs, UPI on delivery, bank transfer, or online payment may be offered after order confirmation where available.
