Return request
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, wrong, or missing products. Keep packaging, invoice, and product images ready.
Non-returnable items
Opened sterile items, consumables with broken seals, used instruments, and custom clinic equipment may not be returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds or replacements are processed after product inspection and confirmation from the support team. Online payment refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. COD, UPI on delivery, or bank transfer refunds may require bank/UPI details from the customer.
Timeline
Once a refund is approved, processing usually takes 5-7 business days depending on bank, payment gateway, and courier confirmation.
